Location. The Saint James & Albany Hotel and Spa in Paris, France is across the street from the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre Museum. Less than two kilometers away are Paris landmarks including the Champs-Elysees, the Opera Palais Garnier and Notre Dame Cathedral. Tuileries metro station, is just across the street from the hotel and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is 35 kilometers away.

Hotel Features. A 17th century palace, the Saint James & Albany Hotel and Spa is surrounded by sculptured gardens. The hotel's reception rooms feature high ceilings and light marble floors with magnificent chandeliers and windows that open out to the garden. The multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk provides services that include complimentary newspapers and safe deposit boxes.

American-style buffet breakfasts are served daily in the basement which is the original stone cellars. The Restaurant Les Noailles offers French cuisine with a terrace available for open air dining. The Bar St. James serves beverages, light snacks and a traditional French menu for lunch and dinner. The hotel's indoor pool area includes a turkish bath and sauna. The fitness center has weights and cardio machines. Business services in the hotel offer conference rooms and exhibit space. Wireless Internet service is available throughout the hotel's public areas for a fee.

Guestrooms. The Saint James & Albany Hotel and Spa's 196 guestrooms feature high ceilings and 17th century-style furniture. The guestrooms have work desks and armchairs. Room amenities include minibars, in-room safes and private bathrooms. The guestrooms offer views of the courtyards or quiet side streets. High-speed Internet access is available.

Expert Tip. The St James beauty spa has three cabins staffed by licensed estheticians who have been trained by Payot Institute skin care program and feature Payot beauty products.

Please note that there will be renovation works taking place at the property until December 31, 2008. Wheelchair access will be unavailable during this time. The new entry to the hotel during this time is located at 6 Rues Du 29 Juillet. Please contact the hotel for further information.
