Holiday Residence Eugenie is comprised of 89 apartments facing the ocean, overlooking the beach of Marbella. This resort has much to offer its guests, including beautiful gardens, an outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool, a game area for children, tennis courts, and miniature golf. It is located just meters away from shops and the supermarket for the ultimate in convenience. There are Children's Clubs available for children ages 6 to 12 for a fee and resort guests receive preferential prices on horseback riding and hiking excursions, and 9 holes of golf at the nearby Ilbarritz Training Centre. Breakfast is available in the apartment or the breakfast room for a fee. Bakery service is also available at the reception desk by ordering the day before. Pets are allowed for a fee of 31 Euros per pet, per week, 38 Euros per pet, per two weeks, or 46 Euros per pet, per three weeks. Dogs must always be kept on a leash at the property.

Each of these studio apartments is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a two-ring hot plate, refrigerator, mini-oven, dishwasher, and electric coffeemaker. A visitor's tax of 1.17 Euros per person, per day for each guest 12 years of age and older is to be paid on site. Children under age 12: free.

Check-in is at 5 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. Front desk hours are from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 7 PM Sunday through Friday, and 8 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 8 PM on Saturday. During July and August, front desk hours are from 8 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 9 PM Sunday through Friday, and 8 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM on Saturday.
