Starhotels Rosa Grand- Milano - Milano

This an excellent hotel very close to the Duomo and I would definitely stay here again. The staff are very friendly and helpfuland the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The main drawback is the building work going on in the hotel and outside (a theatre is being built next door and there are roadworks at the front of the hotel). We complained about the noise and were not only moved to a quieter room but also upgraded to an executive room which was lovely. We were impressed by this and feel sorry for the hotel staff as the work outside the hotel is beyond their control and it would be a shame if this put people off what is essentially an excellent hotel.

picked this hotel because near to the duomo and was very impressed.staff very helpful and friendly.room comfortable and clean. everything you need for a stay in beautiful milan. I hope to come back and visit again very soon.

Nice hotel, really great location, very boring room with absolutely no view from the window, and I sincerely doubt, that what I got was a triple room.

The hotel is still in the process of being refurbished. They have gooen from quite colourful approach in hallways to a beige look. The rooms do not seem to have changed much over time but are clean and comfortable and have all facilities for short business travel. If travelling on leisure I would probably want a hotel with more character as it is a little lifeless. It is in a great location though - a stones throw from Duomo.

It is in great location right in the middle of every thing so no need for taxi's, and it has a lot of restaurants near it, but it lacks friendly services and they are not very helpfull. if you want iformation about any thing you have to check on it yourself. they have no concierge to help at all. the hotel needs to be updated.

Great location in street behind Duomo. Clean, high quality modern hotel. Good breakfast. Staff on desk obtained "black market" tickets for La Scala for us, as they were all sold out within a minute of release on internet (or before?) Exorbitant, but worth it for a special occasion. Metro station at Duomo means easy access from station, and it's definitely the place to stay in Milan.

The bathroom was very clean. I look for that in a room. The beds were extremely comfortable except for the pillows being kind of saggy. The condition of the room was decent but the lack of channel selection was not very impressive. They advertise that they have satellite but only have 10 total channels. At least HBO was included. The 24 hr shuttle to the Ho-Chunk casino was very convenient. The surrounding restaurants were very appealing but the one I attended ( Uno's Pizzeria) was pricey and a long wait on seating and service. The food was good. Drinks pricey for the lack of alcohol. I mean 7 bucks for a vodka cranberry. The pool was small the sauna was not a steam sauna n the jacuzzi was full of kids all the time..especially for a Saturday. Didn't get to experience the breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area and are not going to the dells for the water parks..

Very nice hotel great location.

close to shopping and center city - not worth the lack of comfort...they are starting to redo hotel but dark, cold, dated, dingy halls, rooms need major redo, spent one night in an new room but beds rock hard and pillows were horrible. Some staff were wonderful but others were not at all pleasant.

Fab location, service, rooms, breakfast all OK. I've been in this hotel many times (both biz and pleasure), a bit on the pricey side perhaps, but the location is just brilliant.

Beautiful hotel, right in the center of Milano-just next to the Duomo. Great location for shopping and sightseeing.

Dette er perfekt hotell for forretningsreisende samt for unge par .Alt av Milanos fascinerende attraksjoner ligger i nærheten av hotelldører. Det er et hotell du vil vende tilbake.

Bra hotell med utmärkt läge bara några hundra meter från Duomo de Milan, shopping, La Scala och de fantastiska restaurangerna i Brera distriktet (Nabucco kan rekommenderas). Hotellet genomgår en mindre renovering men standarden på rummen och de övriga ytorna var bra.

Hotel très correct, très pratique de par son emplacement en centre ville à 1 mn à pied du Duomo, mais l'agencement de l'hôtel dans les étages n'est pas idéal avec des couloirs tarabiscotés et surtout des chambres un peu vieillotes alrs que d'autre chambres refaites ne sont même pas proposées. Un personnel serviable mais sans excès. Un petit déjeuner correct et asse varié.

Direkt am Wahrzeichen Mailands - dem Dom. gleich neben Mailands wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Opernhaus Scala und Galleria Vittoria Emanuele. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, angenehme Ruhe im Zimmer. Wir haben das Standardzimmer gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Preis ist für die Lage ein absolutes Schnäppchen. Werden das Hotel beim nächsten mal wieder wählen.

Godt hotel med ekstremt central beliggendhed. Sødt personale og udmærket standard.

Vreemd dat de pc's in de entree niet vrij toegankelijk waren - overal elders in Europa wordt die service geboden, Italie lijkt hier achter te lopen. En dat geldt jammer genoeg ook voor Rosa.

Perfect location by the Dome and with walking distance to very nice restaurants and shopping streets. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast but with none view from the room.

Super centralt, lige bagved domkirken. Vi havde et af de "gamle" værelser, som ikke var kæmpestort men heller ikke på nogen måde klaustrofobisk. Badeværelset havde badekar med god, kraftig bruser; igen er det set større men det var pænt og havde hvad det skulle have. Udvalget i morgenmadsbuffeten: frisk frugt, brød, croissanter, røræg, bacon, pølser, diverse pålæg samt yoghurt og andre morgenmadsprodukter. Servicen var overordnet god. Når jeg kun har givet 3 stjerner er det pga ventetid ved receptionen og en defekt minibar på værelset som ikke blev ordnet som ellers lovet. Men alt i alt et meget venligt og imødekommende personale.

I hjärtat av Milano ligger detta högklassiga hotell. Bemötandet och servicen överlag vad gäller restaurangtips, sevärdheter, shopping m.m var suverän. Rummen håller mkt hög klass och det finns inte ngt att klanka ned på.

Rigtigt godt hotle med super belligenhed lige ved gågaden og domkirken. Helt nyistandsat med gode store værelser af meget høj kvalitet

Wij boekten ons hotel een avond van te voren, daardoor was de hele receptie in paniek (nou ja paniek). Ze deden het overkomen of het onze schuld was en lieten ons gerust 20 minuten wachten, zonder inzicht te geven of het probleem opgelost ging worden. Uiteindelijk kwam er iemand die zei: Sorry for the inconvenience, dat is eigenlijk precies wat je wilt horen. Het hotel was verder prima en vooral de ligging super centraal. De kamer was schoon, lekker bed, prima badkamer en 's avonds heerlijke bacci op het hoofdkussen.
